Do you offer window blind solutions for residential properties only?

No, not only do we work with residential, we also provide support for commercial settings. As long as there’s a window, we’ve got you covered!

Do you offer free consultations?

Certainly! We do provide complimentary in-home or on the phone consultations. Our aim is to offer valuable guidance and insights to assist you in making the right window treatment choice

What is your return policy?

Because our window treatments are tailored specifically for your windows, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if any errors occur on our part we will be more than happy to return or replace the window. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to ensure your experience is nothing less than excellent.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time typically ranges from 2 to 3 weeks, starting from the moment you make your order until the installation date.

What is your warranty policy?

2 Year Limited Warranty Coverage
Blindeco backs all its shades and blinds with a 2 Year Limited Warranty. Our warranty covers against any defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own the products; as long as the products were installed according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer, in the window of the residential/commercial dwelling; and as long as the products were not modified or manipulated. Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.

The 2 Year Limited Warranty Coverage Does Not Cover
Defects that result from abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, alterations, exposure to the elements, excessive humidity, or failure to follow use and care instructions. Examples of normal wear and tear include, but are not limited to: fraying of fabrics, loss of color intensity, exposure to salt air, damage from insects or pets, normal fading from sunlight exposure, or loss of pleating (if product is not being cycled (held in the raised position for an appreciable portion of the time)).
Any condition or damage resulting from removal of the product or reinstallation in the same or any other window or application.
